In this last episode on Solomon’s temple, we are going to enter into the Holy of Holies. This is the inner most part of the temple. It is the place where God’s Presence dwells.
It is one of the most awe inspiring pictures of the Lord we can understand in Scripture.
It gives us a glimpse of what we can look forward to for all of eternity!

God is our Provider. That concept was foreign to every other culture in the world in Biblical times. It is as just as forgiven a concept today. After, we are to be “Self-sufficient”. We live in a time when people look at God as their cosmic “buddy”, and not as He truly is.How He has shown Himself to us in Scripture. The temple is a revelation of God in very specific ways. It tells us as well what it is like to be in HisPresence. On this episode, we are going to explore the Bread of the Presence, the doors going into the Holy of Holies, and the veil. What they tells us about the Lord reveals His grandeur in amazing ways!

There is so much meaning to everything the Lord does. His Word is sop intentional, so precise, that we would know him more. That includes what He tells us about Solomon’s temple and the tabernacle. Those images it continued were important, and brought to mind very specific things to the Jewish mind. On this episode, we are going to explore the Bread of the Presence and the golden lampstands. What we discover is that they were far more than just functional. They are pictures of the greatness of our God!

Why is the temple of the Lord that nice. Stood in Jerusalem so important throughout Scripture? We read about it, and it sounds like it was an incredible place to have seen, but what did it mean to the people of that time? This includes the tabernacle as well. The temple was to be the place where the God of the entire universe would commune with man, His creation. That being the case, it is something we should have some familiarity with. There is a connection to you and I. The temple has many things to tells us about the Lord, and we are going to begin a study that will take us through Solomon’s temple, as well as look at there tabernacle. This is a study that could go on for weeks and weeks, but we are going to take some time to look at a few of the significant images that the temple held. Why are they important to us? How does this minister to us as artists for Christ today? You are going to love all t he Lord has for you in these next few episodes.

The world in which we live is one where people get lost in the shuffle. It is easy to feel alone, ignored, and to think no one cares at all. That is not the heart of Christ for people, and my guest on this episode is driven to encourage others about God’s heart toward them. A powerful medium to communicate these things is the written word.
Fiction, in particular, allows an author to write about realities in he real world with a story line that will impact the reader in profound ways. It can encourage, build up and strengthen the reader. It can point them to the ultimate source of Strength, and to the certainty of God’s seeing them, and knowing they are valued.
