This is a long one and totally worth it!  

For the last few weeks, I have been feeling this crushing sense of comparison-itis and it sucked! It wasn't until I took a look within my own heart and realized that I needed to stop comparing my journey to someone else's journey. 

When we start comparing ourselves to others 2 things start to happen:
