Tom is a father of two, with two girls aged three and one. Aaron will become a father in the new year. But whether you already have kids or they're on the way, how on earth do you know what to do and if what you're doing is right? Join us as we attempt to work out what we're doing, despite a lack of sleep and having the Hey Duggee Stick song on constant rotation in our heads.
