I am able to listen in the mornings while to do the dishes and prep for the day before my kids get up. I often listen in the car as well when I’m driving back from an early morning workout. I appreciate the daily recordings, especially for the days I’m not sitting and praying, and love knowing people are praying the same prayers around the world!

No frills: modern English Bible translation and prayers, all spoken, in a clear voice. This keeps me focused on the prayers and Scriptures, avoiding my mental rabbit trails on questions that arise. I alternate this with the Anglican Compass booklet (a _great_ help), on which I add notes and highlights. It would be nice if the two were more closely integrated. Some chanting (and a sung Gloria Patri) in keeping with the clear dictation of the rest of the speaking would be a nice touch.

I was feeling frustrated with the app for the BCP daily office bc I find the physical act of scrolling to be a hindrance to prayer. I was so grateful to find this podcast - I can maintain a posture of prayer while listening to the prayers and follow along with the scripture readings in my physical bible. What a great resource this has been! I’ve also been able to add the habit of evening prayer to my daily routine, which I had never previously attempted.
