    (00:00-29:25) – Dan Dakich opens up the final show of the week by recapping all the feedback he got from listeners on his conversation yesterday with Ryan Grigson, how there might be more to Andrew Luck’s retirement than people might think, and how winning the U.S. Open is more prestigious than winning the Masters. 

    (29:27-43:35) – Jason Hammer from 93WIBC joins Dan during his weekly Friday timeslot to give some of his favorite picks tonight in the MLB, how he has to celebrate when his picks win, and what king of golf better he is when it comes to choosing who he puts money on. 

    (43:37-1:05:35) – Dan opens up the one o’clock hour of the show by receiving some grill and pizza suggestions. Senior Writer of Jaguars.com in John Oehser joins Dan to give an update on the smoke signals the Jaguars are sending in regards to Trevor Lawrence not being penciled in as the starter, how Urban Meyer is transitioning to the NFL from college football, and if the Jags can push to be a five win team.

    (1:05:37-1:22:22) – Dan continues to take calls on what grill he should buy to start using, where he should go to take home some pizza for dinner tonight, and tells a story from growing up and eating frozen pizzas religiously on Friday nights. The lovely Leigh Ross-Dakich weighs in on the pizza and grill conversation.

    (1:22:24-1:25:55) – Dan closes out the one o’clock hour by getting some grilling tips from callers and more suggestions as to what kind of grill he should purchase and pizza he should get tonight for dinner.

    (1:25:57-1:51:12) – The Fan’s own Kevin Bowen makes his weekly appearance on the Dan Dakich Show to give Dan his thoughts on what kind of grill he should get, how the Pacers can’t afford to hire a coach without playoff success, and looks at some former players that he would consider taking a look at as a potential head coach.

    (1:51:14-2:07:10) – It’s Friday, which means its All Day or No Way! Dan and producer Eddie Garrison talk about MLB, Pacers, and more!

Additionally, Dan talks about local media and bloggers having issues with former Colts GM Ryan Grigson.  

    (23:35-41:04) – Jon Wertheim of 60 Minutes and Sports Illustrated stops by to talk on his new book “Glory Days: The Summer of 1984 and the 90 Days That Changed Sports and Culture Forever.”     

    (41:05-48:46) – Dan closes hour number one by interacting with folks on YouTube and discussing having Ryan Grigson on the show later in the day.

    (48:47-1:13:44) – Our guy Jason Benetti, the TV Voice of the Chicago White Sox, joins the program to share some stories on the grind of broadcasting the baseball season, update us on his prep for the Olympics and give us some insights on the AL Central leading White Sox.

Begging for attention - Dan Dakich

I don’t get the attitude and begging for attention that Dan seeks. Used to be decent - now he’s a waste of valuable time. Kinda sad...don’t waste your time...I won’t.
