Complete waste of time
What a complete waste of time!!! I spent 40 minutes listening to them tell me that they had "developed this amazing strategy that will allow you to payoff your mortgage in 9-10 years and allow you to recoup all of that money tax free." WHATS THE STRATEGY???!! That's why I am listening to 40 minutes of your podcast so that you will tell me something. Not so I can listen to tons of advertisements and then plug your sponsor so I will go to his place of business and buy a service. Really? What is the point of this podcast episode. 40 minutes of pure nothing. Just repeating yourself over and over again about how you have this cool strategy but you never tell us anything. Literally not a single thing!!! Why?!!
Knowledgable, Precise, Insightful, Factual
Just found out that "The David Lukas Show" won top 100 financial talk shows in the US by Nielson Ratings. Mr. Lukas certainly takes "thinking outside the box" seriously. I learned a lot and I greatly look forward to more content by Mr. David Lukas.
Not what I thought
Wanted to learn about mortgage payoff techniques. All I got was 30+ minutes of Lukas talking about his upcoming book and propriety software. Don't care about the misspellings in your book that you missed. Deleting podcast now. Don't waste your time.
