Everyone has family secrets, but what happens when those secrets are revealed? Two girls who grew up on opposite sides of the country, living completely different lives, take a DNA test to learn more about their heritage. Never could they have imagined what they would find. They discover they are sisters. Sounds like a movie plot right? Well for Hannah and Deanna this is real life. Both realize that their dads weren't biologically related to them and their parents used the aid of a sperm donor. From only children to 19 siblings and counting, life gets weird. These two sisters tell the stories of their newly discovered family, processing what it means to be donor-conceived and talk to others in the donor-conceived community.

We're back! We have all sorts of things to update you on. First Hannah met our sister in California, then Deanna met Adam, then Hannah & Deanna met each other in the dark for like 10 minutes, then Hannah met our Donor, then Deanna & Hannah had a sleepover. It's been a crazy few months, we have heard the requests for updates and we are ready to spill the tea.

Stage 2: To search or not to search, that is the question
This is a really special episode for a few reasons. In this episode, we were lucky to receive letters from other members of the donor community, letters that donor-conceived people received from their donors. We talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly as we explore what it is like to reach out for the first time. Join us in the special episode not only filled with stories but edited and produced by our own fabulous brother Adam Clark! Check out his new website adammusicclark.com

Friends for life
Well as I know Deanna, I was shocked to find out about her podcast. I would have never guessed she was conceived via donor. I am so happy she has found her ancestry and it only makes me want to found out my ancestry. I have listened to her podcast and I am so proud to call her a friend. This podcast makes me think about life and how everything can change in an instant. Thank you Deanna for being you.

Down to earth and keeping it real
As a new parent of a donor conceived child I like to be able to see what they have to say about how it affects their life. I often wonder how my own child will feel.
What a treat!
A crazy spin on how “modern families” get made. What a treat of a podcast full of openness and vulnerability. Hear sisters figure out their life and share snipbits if others stories for a listening joy!
