The Eye of the World Rereread: Chapters 48-53
The party of mostly-Emond's-Fielders finally reaches the titular Eye of the World. They meet a very nice and very green man, then they meet a couple of very not-nice Forsaken. Then it's finally time for Rand and Ba'alzamon to settle their theological debate (with swords).

The Eye of the World Rereread: Chapters 43-47
With time growing short, the party turns to the Ways to reach the Eye of the World in time. The Ways are quite nice, if you like pitch blackness and gibbering madness creatures hounding you to death. They do make it to Fal Dara, where they find out just exactly who this Lan guy is.

The Eye of the World Rereread: Chapters 38-42
Moiraine and Lan (and Nynaeve!) rescue Perrin and Egwene from the Whitecloaks. Rand draws the attention of a princess, a prince, a queen, an Aes Sedai, a general, a soldier, and a beggar. That's how Two Rivers folk lie low.

The Eye of the World Rereread: Chapters 33-37
Rand and Mat hitchhike to Caemlyn, and are accosted by darkfriends at almost every stop. It's enough to make a man suspicious. They do make it to Caemlyn, where Thom's name opens some doors for them (and slams shut others).

Excellent way to revisit the Wheel of Time
I had just finished my first full read through the WOT series and wanted to find a podcast that would help me revisit a world I wasn’t ready to let go of yet.
These short recaps at exactly what I was looking for. Their start of the Re-reread is excellent and I’m excited to continue the journey weekly while diving into older pods of chapters I loved.

Man, you guys are one of my OG’s in WOT podcasting. I have followed you from the beginning, just looking for anyone talking about this series that I love and I was so glad to come across your show a few episodes in. It has been a pleasure hearing Alice and Micah discovery an affinity for the books and for Jeff to finally finish them. I loved your takes on the various subject matters in the books and how funny you all are. I eagerly waited for each episode… turned to your Harry Potter and Sookie Stackhouse shows when I had to wait longer. Above all, it is my deep pleasure to hear that you all have decided to begin a reread!… Your first (wink). I can already hear you all noticing the well placed Jordan easter eggs and foreshadowing, but mostly I hear the respect for the beautiful world that he created. Enjoy this one. There is nothing better than your first reread… except your 3rd.
And I look forward to finally meeting you all at JordanCon this year. I saw you guys when I went the year before last, but by the time I had a chance to leave the group I was in you vanished like the wind. I was very disappointed, but I’m glad I’ll have another chance.
