Sara Dionne is the VP of Learning and Development at Comcast. In an organization with over 80,000 employees with diverse backgrounds, skills, and roles, learning plays a critical role in enabling employees to effectively do their jobs today as well as position themselves for success in growing the business in the future.
During our conversation, Sara spoke about her team’s efforts to develop a comprehensive and tailored learning strategy that prioritizes personalization and experiential learning to help make employees successful.  Sara also spoke about how Comcast is thinking about skills, and how they are using skills within the organization's efforts for employee learning and development.
Sara also spoke about how she, as a learning leader, works with her partners in the process of rolling out programs related to skills and learning to different parts of the organization, as well as how leaders should and can embrace building a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Kim Lear is The Founder of InLay Insights, a keynote speaker, consultant, and expert on generational research. Over the past 15+ years, Kim has studied, researched and advised on topics related to generations and the implications for culture, society and the workplace. During our conversation, Kim spoke about the challenges and opportunities with understanding generational data, and how it can be effectively used to build better workplaces. Kim also shared her thoughts and observations on the changing role of the employee-employer contract, remote work, as well as some of her own findings from her own studies of Gen Z workers from the past few years.

Dr. Jessica Kriegel is an author, speaker, and the Chief Scientist at CulturePartners. Ashley Herd is the CEO and Founder of The Manager Method and a Co-Host of the HR Besties Podcast. A former lawyer turned HR leader, Ashley now runs a training company focused on developing effective managers and creating helpful content through multiple channels that is helpful toward managers in today’s workplace. During our conversation, Ashley spoke about her journey to founding The Manager Method, as well as some of her own management experiences that helped shaped her abilities to do this work. Andre’ Martin is the author of Wrong Fit Right Fit, Why How We Work Matters More Than Ever. As a former talent and learning Executive at companies like Nike and Google, Andre’ has spent a lot of time thinking about how to help employees unleash their talent and abilities within their roles to do their best work. 


During our conversation, Andre’ spoke about the state of the workplace today, and why he thinks that while companies want to hire great talent and everyone wants a great job, we sometimes miss the mark in matching people to the right roles. Andre’ also spoke about the importance of when searching or evaluating a potential opportunity, the importance of learning on how work gets done, and what companies can do to be more effective and transparent so they can hire the right people for fit for the right jobs.
