Not only is she uniquely one of the few females in technology & leadership, but she goes above and beyond in all corners of business and life, bringing personality, knowledge, and customer-service into the mix. This humanistic element to a very technical field shows throughout her business. The name Nyla comes from her mother, paying homage to her legacy. The company supports many charities and volunteering, and focuses on having strong employee relations for company culture. Nyla began in 2013 and is growing to this day with prestigious achievements such as Inc 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Shana’s leadership and passion clearly has paved the way for where Nyla is going, and her determination through challenges is a perfect example of the type of growth and success the company is destined for.
