Life Changing.

As a woman in my early 20’s fresh out of college, this podcast has truly been changing my life. Josie’s guests have all the tangible tips and tricks. She always makes sure that when I’m coming out of an episode, I have the tools to become closer to my highest Self, the best version of me. From learning how to have healthy, meaningful connections to learning to love who I am and take ownership of my life, I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned from this passion project of Josie’s. I can’t recommend it enough. And shoutout to Emma!! I’m loving the Ask TEG segments and both Emma and Josie’s advice/their convo’s. Summing up, this podcast is empowering me to transform my life and I’m infinitely grateful. Tuesdays are for TEG Pod 🫶🏼

Amazing guests and content

Love hearing all of the professionals from their respective fields come on to knowledge dump with Josie. Josie does a great job getting guests comfortable and asking better and deeper questions than the typical ones. Can’t wait to hear more amazing speakers on the show this year!

Not liking the “new format”

I really like this podcast. There are interesting guests and topics, however adding the extra 20 minutes of back and forth at the beginning is too much and it’s kind of losing me. I am a busy mom of 3 and the episodes were on the long side before but now they’re just too long. Especially, when I’m starting the episode with a wasted 20 minutes.
