The Fan Journey Model with Geoff Wilson, Sports Strategist Sports Tech Feed

Geoff works with the likes of FIFA, UEFA, AFC, FIBA, and other global sports organizations in a wide range of areas from strategic planning, marketing and communications, digital, fans engagement, public affairs, and knowledge sharing/exchange programs. In addition, Geoff consults with a number of sports tech companies in the CRM, esports, wearable, and fans engagement space. Previously Head of Marketing and Communications (Irish FA) Geoff was responsible for public relations, commercial programs, brand development, and communication with fans.

He is the co-author of the Fan Journey Model: a new simple tool for sports teams and venues to map the key touchpoints, sample the experience of a fan, seek to measure or grade that experience, and then provide possible solutions to strengthen the journey of game day.
