Buck Grant in Costa Rica: Solo Episode #2
In Costa Rica, on my Primal Edge Retreat with my good friend and teacher Tony Torres, (who is a regular guest on my show) I shared some rather personal discoveries and revelations that I have had. These revelations explain the REAL reason that I fought and what actually fueled my desire to write my first book "Over The Top Rope: Life Lessons From the Ring."

Something other MMA podcasts don’t have
There are a lot of great mma, bjj, fighting podcasts out there, but what Buck Grant brings that others don’t is a philosophical and intellectually analytical approach rare to find on this topic. Can’t recommend this enough!
Yancie Faire
Buck is an amazing instructor. I love his calm presence and approach to conveying his knowledge. I’m a true podcast nerd and this is a stellar one with so much insight to offer.
Awesome.
The podcast is off to a great start. Enjoying it a lot. Good guests and great insights!!! My only wish is that these came out more often but in the world of podcasting I have learned that quality is far more important than quantity. Keep up the good work.
