Latest Podcast
Financial Samurai really does a great job of breaking down both the real estate and the stock market. Unlike some people in the financial media, he makes it clear to his listeners that there is no certainty in markets rather only probabilistic outcomes. As somebody who works in the financial world, I can tell that Sam has done his homework about a topic before he lays out his views. Given how well he breaks down these topics and how much I get out of these podcasts, I will be an avid listener to every future podcast.
Relevant, enjoyable and helpful
I love this financial podcast in particular because it’s relevant to everyone, including people who live in extremely high cost of living areas of the country. Typical ratio of housing cost to total income and other ‘guidelines’ don’t apply to living in the Bay Area, for example, but this podcast has advice and discussion that is applicable and realistic to those in California and other high cost states.
Outstanding Financial Resource
Financial Samurai has been my favorite personal finance website (and now podcast) for many years now. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone interested in learning more about growing their wealth and navigating so many of life’s most challenging financial questions.
