Today we talk about the pelvic floor with Veronica Lane, who is a personal trainer and pelvic floor specialist.  She talks about symptoms that are common, but not normal! Things like pain with intercourse, frequent urinating, leaking, straining to go to the bathroom, and JIGGING!

She also shares exercises you can do to strengthen, or loosen your pelvic floor as sometimes the symptoms are related to the pelvic floor muscles being too tight rather than weak.
