I figured it was time to write a review when I started hearing Liz and Becca's voices in my head when I’m having internal battles about food or fitness. They have truly been my compass for my journey the last year plus. I have a better relationship with food and better outlook on my body overall thanks to these women. They have changed the game for me and inspired me to further my education formally and informally when it comes to women’s health and nutrition. They are real, raw, and honest, and bring a refreshing view to women’s health.
