No Nonsense, Sensible & Do-Able

I was a client of the gym Liz co-owns with her husband. I had the most success with my fitness journey when I worked with them then. I continue to follow Liz, because of her approach to fitness. It has always been “real”: no gimmicks, no false hopes, no tricks or shortcuts. Just a sound, healthy and realistic approach to fitness and well-being. I’m so glad to still be able to listen to her via social media and now this podcast.

To attain lasting weight loss, you have to start by getting your mind right. This podcast has been a game changer for me. They go over everything you need to know for success.

I lost 20 pounds with a broken leg all due to tracking my macros and eating clean and balanced (with an app) and listening to this and amazing podcast.
