Dr. Quentin Florence is a Co-founder of Coplanar Capital, LLC, where he serves as the Chief Investment Officer. In this capacity, Dr. Florence plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of the Black Men's Health Tech Fund, which strategically invests in cutting-edge bio + health companies dedicated to combating the CDC's published list of the Top 10 killers of black men.

Troy A. Young has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. A significant portion of that time was with two of the nation’s largest financial services organizations, Bank of America and Citigroup.
His career work also included an advisory position with Financial Planning Advisory Services (FPAS).

For the past 12 years Troy has been providing wealth management, financial advisory and financial planning services in private practice as an independent financial advisor through Destiny Financial Group.

Natalie Born is the Host of Innovation Meets Leadership podcast and the Author of “Set It On Fire: The Art of Innovation”. Prior to Founding Innovation Meets Leadership, Natalie held roles as a VP of Innovation and Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Natalie has collaborated on two approved US patents and has over 20 years of experience leading product development, UI/UX, web development, and strategy and marketing teams. Natalie has worked with organizations such as CareerBuilder, First Data, IHG, and ADP, leading major initiatives in over 18 countries.

As President of Radical Mentoring, Kevin Harris sets the vision and strategy. He also serves as an evangelist to new audiences and an invaluable resource to churches who have incorporated small group mentoring into their disciple-making strategy.
