Podcasting is not sports talk radio.

I’m trying to give this podcast a chance. Trying so hard. But I’m about to give up. You cannot do 3 podcasts in a row plus a ringer NFL show plus an appearance on RR’s pod saying the same thing about the bears. It’s boring..after an emergency Sunday podcast you could maybe do one more..but it goes on.

How about we talk about the Chicago Sky’s playoff run or the Cubs rebuild or the white Sox success. Thank god there was a small segment on bulls media day.

This podcast (so far) illustrates why print media journalists are so much better at transitioning to pods than radio guys/ or why RR covers so many different topics on his pod (once he’s made a point once and there is no new news.. his next podcast ep is about a tv show or book or random interview).

I’m sorry I dislike this so much. I really want to like it.
