A crucial aspect of influence is the emotional connection you make with people. True influence involves building trust and not only changing some one’s behavior but shifting their whole mindset. When we think of people who have shifted others mindset and have influenced the world, we may think of Mother Teresa, Gandhi, or maybe even your parents.
