What is The Great Return?
The Great Return focuses on connecting the diaspora to the motherland. The objective is to bridge a gap between two worlds. We empower the African diaspora to return back to the continent and equip them to make their great return a success.
Episode Summary
On this episode I interviewed Elisabeth Berabose. She grew up in Belgium and Rwanda, and felt a mixed feeling because she had to blend in and adapt to a new place while growing up. Founders need to remember that they are also humans with all the human frailties that come with it, and remind their team that they still have goals to achieve. Elisabeth spoke about her return to the continent, saying that she wants to be a role model for future generations of Rwandan women. She also touched on her work in the creative and design space, saying that she believes in her ideas and is convinced that they are not for nothing.
