Great discussions and so refreshing!
Love listening in the car with my teens and hitting pause to discuss how we have noticed the principles and how we can apply them. Keep up the great work!
Thank you LaRee!
I just finished listening to episode 108 about dealing with grief and anxiety and I am so grateful I listened to it. It really hit home. I have often found myself trying to avoid my feelings especially when my focus is needed elsewhere and choosing to not allow myself to process them. This episode was a great wake up call that it’s ok to be present and not process your emotions now but it’s just as important to process them at an appropriate time. Thank you for sharing the story about Steve the cat, I remember being in Midsummer and hearing the devastating news about his passing. Lots of love for you LaRee! :)
