Basically, the market is still strong as far as appreciation goes. As you know inventory is low, so sales numbers reflect that, but the prices are up and days on the market are low.

In this video Dan explains the market in more detail and gives a recap of 2023 numbers and looks ahead through the year.

Spring is in the air here at The Hawaii Team. It's a beautiful time of year and the market is reflecting that with a lot more real estate activity on the Big Island. Properties are moving quickly! We expect this to continue into April.
