First time listener

I questioned about listening to this podcast because I am not a drummer but I am an ABR fan and admire the skill of drumming. Listening to this podcast especially the Refocusing podcast was an amazing surprise. Although there was some drum language I can say I didn’t completely understand but the topic of refocusing hit on life in general and as a Christian. Wisdom poured out of Matt and Tim and I was truly blessed.

Refreshing , Positive and Encouraging

I’ve know Matt & Tim for over 10 years. What drew me to connect with Matt and Tim was their honesty, humbleness and their genuine Love for people with no questions or conditions.
Whether you believe in Christianity or not. Whether you play drums or not. Matt and Tim will always treat you with respect and Love. What’s not like to love about that. ♥️🥁✝️🎸🙏♥️

Sincere, Entertaining, & Interesting

If you don’t know where to start, check out my stand-out episodes first: #13 and #19.

If you’re like me and not a drummer, the Drum Topic segment of each full episode will help you develop a greater appreciation for good music — especially where drumming is concerned, but beyond that too.

Whether you consider yourself a Christian or not, or come from a different church than Matt and Tim, the “God Topic” portion of their regular episodes and Minisodes will give you an excuse to think about living a life of purpose.

Sometimes you’ll get distracted finding music Tim’s written or wondering why he laughs and says “um” when sharing good ideas. Other times you’ll wonder if Matt fangirls over Ben Shapiro like so many men and women fangirl over him playing drums with ABR. But then you’ll realize you’re missing out on their conversation and jump back to catch up because you don’t want to miss any commentary, jokes, or stories.

It’s easy to see Tim Anderson and Matt Greiner are actively involved with their audience via email and social media. They regularly invite listeners to: send in questions and feedback about the episodes, contribute ideas for the show (future guests, “Flash questions,” drum topics, God topics), and share their drum videos for the chance to be featured on Instagram.

Keep it going, fellas!
