Customer Reviews
It's what they don't teach you in school.
And you're not going to hear this stuff on MSNBC.
Decent quick little podcast
However, the information on REITs is misleading. First off REITs get to reinvest 10% of TAXABLE income not annual profits.
Secondly, REITs have been the BEST performing asset class the past two decades with an annual average total return of over 15%
How does an average investor gain exposure to real estate without REITs? Go buy ONE property somewhere with a group?? One of your complaints was lack of diversity.
Great new podcast! Thoughtful, common sense commentary
I’ve listened to several of Andrew Lanoie’s new podcast and really like what I’m hearing so far. Super thoughtful commentary, explained clearly in short bite-sized chunks to digest.
