29: Puja Shah - An Author with Beautiful Strength and Thoughtful Intelligence

My guest Puja Shah, one of my younger guests, may also be one of the most articulate and thoughtful. Maybe it comes from her long journey being deeply creative, or maybe it comes from an equally long journey straddling the duality of her cultural identity, or both, but it surely makes her a sensitive, responsible and outstanding member of the Indian American community. The experience of being first generation with immigrant parents was tricky and challenging, and Puja found her outlet in poetr...

Reena and Viren…..

I so enjoyed hearing about Reena and Viren’s story coming here to the US and their careers and avocations today. I especially enjoyed hearing from Reena about the eight levels of Yoga and how healthy it can be for the body, mind, and spirit. Thank you, Bindia, for another great episode.

Brought back memories…

I really enjoyed the first two episodes. Made me think back to my own experiences as a newly married woman in this country, how the initial challenges lead to opportunities to merge two beautiful cultures into one and take the best from both. Looking forward to more episodes.
