10 before 10

Such an awesome reminder. My days disappear, not in a good way, when I don’t have a purpose or goal. Some days getting out of bed IS the goal. This tool of “10 before 10” is a great pattern to follow. Who knows where and how the rest of the day will go...at least this is a positive jumping off point. Thanks for helping even those of us without little kids Thrive and Stay Alive. Diane Jarman @hersheyminimom ❤️
