What Happened to You? (A book review)

"What Happened to You?" is a book by Dr. Bruce Perry & Oprah Winfrey that blew my mind and helped me understand the neuroscience of trauma and suffering. Sounds dark, I know! But understanding these topics are my route to find healing, for myself and the people I love.

Sometimes i have really crappy days, no time for God, always on a hurry. Listening to you today was my SIGN, fue mi agua fresca de mayo que necesitaba.
Loved it!! Will let you know how it goes.
Love you,

Me he llenado de orgullo y admiración.
Love you

Te felicito por tu comeback!! Excelente episodio!
