Welcome to the KOOLIKEDAT Podcast. My name is Koo Chung. Some of you might remember me as a singer-songwriter back in the day, but when I stopped doing music, it felt like I’d lost my identity altogether. Over time, I realized that people are so much more than what they do, and I’m grateful for the time I spent away from music because it revealed to me who I really was apart from it. On this podcast, I talk about things and ideas I LIKE, and if I’m lucky - WITH the actual people behind them. Some might say: ‘never meet your heroes’, but my quest is to do the exact opposite of that. I want to talk to as MANY people I'm a fan of as possible, to get to know them beyond their craft, and to hear about what makes them tick, and what makes them so KOOLIKEDAT.

Truth be told, I love this Podcast!
At first I thought it was maybe because I know you both, but reality is that the topics you discuss with your guests, and each other, and they way you approach them are so relatable snd relevant to me. And super fun and deep at the same time.
And by the way, best advice I ever received is “never trust a fart”! 😊
Fantastic podcast!
I often forget how talented Koo is but am constantly reminded after each episode everything he is capable of doing (and doing it exceptionally). While there are so many podcasts out there in the world these days, this one is such an intimate one as he does this with his good friend Katie as his cohost (she is also amazing, by the way). The pandemic has made my world much smaller; however, this podcast brings me in on convos with people who I otherwise would never meet or know of. It's an additional plus that he highlights people from the AAPI community, which allows me to relate on a deeper level. Looking forward to many more episodes!
