Welcome to the Leadership Legacy Podcast – I am your host Elizabeth Fanslow, and this is a Podcast for Leaders and Managers.

As a business owner you must move between being a leader and manager and you must do it well. We usually start as managers in some shape or form. We start by managing people and processes. And as Michael Gerber taught us in ‘The eMyth’ making that transition between working in your business and working on your business requires you to step into your leadership and this podcast can help you do that.

And you don’t have to be a business owner to understand the difference in being a manager and a leader. If you work for an organization or corporation and you are ready to learn what it takes to step into a leadership position this podcast is for you too.

I am passionate about sharing the true purpose of leadership, so I created the Leadership Legacy Podcast to share my leadership wisdom with the next generation of leaders. I haven’t always been the perfect leader. I have made mistakes but have always tried to learn from those mistakes and know that because of them I have become a better leader.

Leaders are not born, they are created…sometimes through necessity but always through the brilliance and radiance of those before them. Leadership Legacy is here to give you a helping hand as you move through your leadership journey.
