#118: David French, Pro-Choice Pastor Take On Abolitionism
On Veggie Tales Creator Phil Vischer's podcast, Pro-life writer David French and pro-choice pastor Skye Jethani critiqued abolitionism. They offered arguments against abolitionism we hadn't heard before, and Jethani (who is ordained as a pastor and used to be an editor at Christianity Today) explained the "disturbingly compelling" pro-choice arguments that led him to come out as a pro-choicer in the episode. As harshly as truth and as uncompromisingly as justice, we refute their pro-life and pro-choice nonsense.
We also talk about the crucially important Abolition Now Conference coming up this March 1-4. Register today! https://freethestates.org/abolition-now/ -
#117: Pro-Lifers Sticking To Compromise Post-Dobb
Dobbs has been decided. There is no more need for compromise. Or is there? Pro-lifers seeking to keep their losing streak alive petition congress and demand unequal justice. We dissect The Heritage Foundation letter in this episode of The Liberator Podcast.

#116: Shocking, Unbiblical Nonsense at the Louisiana Baptist Convention
"They can't out-exegete us" has long been a rallying cry for abolitionist pastors in the SBC. Pastor David Goza has proven the slogan accurate once again.
At the Louisiana Baptist Convention, Goza contested that because God forgave Paul for sins he committed in ignorance, mothers should be allowed to murder their babies in the womb without any legal consequence. Shockingly, his argument was persuasive to enough messengers in the room that abolitionist pastor Brian Gunter's equal protection amendment was voted down.
Russell, James, and Rachel tested Goza's argument against scripture and plain reason, and suffice it to say, his argument was found wanting.

I’m a woman, and mother that agrees with abolition
As a woman that has carried babies in the womb, I am incredibly aware of the tiny life in the womb. They were each very unique, and three of them I cannot even donate my own blood to, because it would kill them. They were never my body, but grew within my body. They have the right to life, and I would love to see abortion not even being an option. When my insurance provider refused to cover my home birth (the only provider of that covered benefit was out of network) and they referred me to Planned Parenthood! None of them delivered babies for you to take home, and I know since I called every single one that my insurance referred me. Keeping abortion a legal option is a disservice to the unborn AND to mothers that want ACTUAL healthcare for their babies inside the womb. Thank you for speaking against this barbaric practice.
