Great legal insights
I’m no longer practicing, but I teach construction law and I really appreciate quality of legal advice, level of explanation and most importantly acknowledgement of business realities that not all attorneys provide. I think any contractors and subs, particularly those not large enough for in-house counsel or outside counsel to call on a regular basis would benefit from this podcast. Although it is specific to FL law, and contractors working outside of FL would need to confirm specifics the broad strokes would be beneficial to anyone engaged in construction in the US.
A Must Listen!
