"Hello, My Name is Trauma...Have We Met" with Verrett Taylor

"Hello, My Name is Trauma...Have We Met" with Verrett Taylor

Trauma...mental health challenges...communication issues...therapy...generational curses... These are just some of the topics we covered during our conversation with Verrett Taylor. I've known Verrett since he was just a teenager in Youth Ministry and over the years he's experienced more trauma and seen more in his short life than many people have in their entire lives.  His life story could be a Hollywood movie and he hasn't even hit 3-0 yet. He shared so much more than I ever knew and think this conversation has something for everyone  to glean from. This was a good one!

Stories Inspire Me

I think vulnerability and transparency help us heal and grow closer to each other. I love hearing other people’s stories because they inspire me. I love how this podcast talks about so many different types of challenges but show how resilient we are as human beings.
