Choosing to Heal and Grow through Practicing Self-Compassion with Elana Morgulis, LMFT, E-RYT | Episode 24 Living an Intentional Life Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Tune in Tuesday is here with 👉🏼 Episode 24 - Choosing to Heal and Grow through Practicing Self-Compassion with Elana Morgulis, LMFT, E-RYT

"It takes courage to be who you are underneath all the societal and cultural constructs that we’re constantly swimming in. Sometimes that means facing and healing what stands in the way of your authentic self so that you can embody that. Truthfully, I don’t think everyone is up for that. So with that, it takes a lot of courage just to be your true self. Courage is an underlying force that moves us to act in alignment with ourselves, our values, our dreams, our goals. It’s the ability to see and step beyond the should’s, the judgements, the expectations that have been placed on you that you’ve internalized - to step beyond your survival self and be in alignment with your true present self… "

Join us for a passionate and heart-centered conversation around the value of choosing to hear and grow, practicing self-compassion, trusting the process and mindfulness.
