MMM - 37 George Washington Rules 1-10
Hey there, welcome back to The Manners Maketh Man! In today's episode, we're diving into something really cool – the first 10 rules of civility and decency by none other than the OG founding father, George Washington.
Imagine this: George Washington, the guy on the dollar bill, jotting down these rules way back when. We're talking about everything from being humble to how to really listen to others. It's like getting a glimpse into the mind of someone who helped shape the United States.
But here's the twist – we're not just going historical on you. Nope, we're bringing these rules into the 21st century and asking the big question: Do these rules still apply today?
Join us as we chat about each rule, break it down, and share our thoughts on how we can sprinkle a little bit of George Washington's wisdom into our own lives. Whether you're into history or just curious about how to be a decent human, this episode is for you.
So, grab your favorite drink, kick back, and let's talk about the first 10 rules of civility and decency. Because let's face it, who doesn't want to learn some life lessons from the guy who led the charge in the Revolutionary War? It's gonna be a good one! -

You cannot have one without the other, otherwise you are unbalanced. I once heard it is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war. Would love to know your thoughts on this!

Gentleman revolution
The topics outlined in this podcast and the content I know is coming is truly neccessary in today's culture. Masculinity and what it truly should embody, how it looks and feels, and breaking down biases of the male role is long-overdue for a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making this happen, Ryan!
