    Today, 3.8 million breast cancer survivors, and those living with breast cancer, use October as an occasion to share their personal cancer stories amid celebrations and memorials, for those who have lost battles with the disease. Every activity that is held try to be a source of encouragement to the women and men, yes men also suffer from this disease, who are yet going through the treatments, pushing forward, keeping their faith alive.     Be perfectly honest with yourself about this question. Whether you are going to church or not, be honest. How many of you think that you can hide things from God? Doing things that God cannot see? Saying words that God cannot hear? Let me kill the lie that the enemy is trying to make you hide behind in your actions. You can't hide anything from God. He is the all-seeing, all-knowing; before you say it, before you do it, God. You can't hide ANYTHING from God. If we're true and honest with ourselves, then God can help us!
