The Meaningful Value of Money with: Travis Shelton Lets Have This Conversation

    • Daily News

According to Bloomberg survey of more than 2,000 people  in January 2022  it found Americans with “a dwindling sense of financial confidence.” In 2021's final quarter, 34% of respondents said they felt financially healthy, compared with 48% in early 2021. Travis Shelton is the host of the Meaning Over Money podcast, a financial coach, a public speaker, and has an online financial course for young adults. “I work with a wide range of people from recent college graduates to business owners, to executives, to professional athletes, and everyone in between. “I help them do this money and career stuff better.”  Not necessarily to have more, but rather to live a more meaningful life by pursuing work that matters, creating an impact on others, and redefining the role money plays in their life. Before starting my own company, I worked 15 years in the institutional real estate investment industry, where I managed billion-dollar portfolios of U.S. real estate investments for U.S. and non-U.S. investors. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, experiencing new and unique foods, and watching NBA basketball. I reside in the Des Moines, Iowa metro area with my wife and our twin sons. He joined me this week to tell me more.
