Episode 100
In today's 100th episode (!!!) we talk about a couple of our favorite Jesus' stories in the Gospels. Amanda's from Luke 8:40-56 and Jenny's from John 4:1-42. Jesus can redeem our lives, our stories, our situations. He does for three different women in these two stories (one is just a girl at 12 years of age, but still).
How about you? Do you feel lost or uncared for or ostracized by family or culture? Jesus sees you. Go to Him. He can redeem you too!

Episode 99
This week is National Salvation Army week in the United States, declared by President Eisenhower back in 1954. In today's episode we chat about the "I'll Fight" quote by The Salvation Army founder William Booth:
"While women weep, as they do now,I'll fightWhile little children go hungry, as they do now,I'll fightWhile men go to prison, in and out, in and out, as they do now,I'll fightWhile there is a drunkard left,While there is a poor lost girl upon the streets,While there remains one dark soul without the light of God,I'll fight-I'll fight to the very end!"
Often we find that if we look, we can find God already working and join Him there.

Episode 96
This week we take a break from our Psalm 119 conversation to chat with guest Johnathan about life, history, Marcus Aurelius, among other topics. Asking questions and digging deeply into what we believe and know is vital to life. What have you read or studied recently? How has that helped you to grow in your walk with the Lord?

Episode 95
Today's conversation continues our series on Psalm 119 looking specifically at the second section under the letter Bet which is the second letter in the Hebrew alphabet. What does it mean to follow God? What does purity look like? What does it mean for something to be hidden in our heart?

I love listening to Jenny and Amanda as they talk about scripture and how it relates to now. I enjoy learning more about how they each came to Christ. Such amazing stories and somewhat similar. I feel like I’m involved in their conversations while I’m listening. I look forward to listening to them each week.
Blessing!
What a blessing it is to come each week for fun, laughter, encouragement and scripture!
