Kent Parks: Understanding the Depth of Global Disciple-Making
During the More Disciples Podcast Season 3, Kent Parks, a seasoned advocate for Disciple Making Movements, shares insights from his own transformative experiences in Indonesia and beyond. Grounding his perspectives in biblical texts and historical contexts, he discusses how radical breakthroughs in discipleship call for the unlearning of certain traditional approaches and a commitment to hands-on, on-the-ground methods that are more reproducible by disciples. Parks emphasizes the need to align missions with the audacious goal of reaching all people groups and to be ready to pay any price required. Despite the thrill and exhilaration of the discipleship journey, Parks is also mindful of the corresponding growth of evil, the bitterness, anger, and challenge that closely follows every positive stride forward, driving home the message of resilience in the face of adversity and the need for a unified global Ecclesia.

Customer Reviews
Excellent
There are a lot of really good podcast (and a bunch of mediocre ones too) but this is the only one that I’ve listened to every episode and almost all of them more than once. I hang on every word of this priceless resource. This podcast is the real deal and full of lessons. Praise the Lord for these dear saints who refuse to “phone it in” regarding the Christian walk but take the Words of the King not as suggestions but as commands.
