deepen your relationship with yourself and others

Regardless of your gender identity, family makeup, age, this podcast offers Great mini dives into your inner world and relating to others. As a nonbinary/genderqueer person, It helped me form a relationship to the words “mothering” and “sistering” in a non gendered way. Each guest offers a different topic and viewpoint to try out, building my toolbox of skills. Even if a topic doesn’t hit home, it is interesting and enlightening to understand where they r coming from. Isabelle’s calm excitement and curiosity are the foundation. 💜
