Addressing Restlessness in an Age of Increasing Controls
I've often wondered what happens to those today who have the "pioneer spirit" that in ages past was expressed in exploration, adventuring, and trail blazing ... not to mention the families who settled in untamed lands. This podcast explores that question and looks at such factors as risk taking in our own lives. In a time when the government pries into the most mundane affairs such as how much soda one can buy, this podcast gives me hope that there are other frontiers where we can be a bit freer.
Compelling theme, unique format
I'm coming to enjoy and look forward to these podcasts. Troy has an interesting unifying theme, which is that pioneer spirit is the prime driver of human affairs. Thoughtfully presented in a lively monograph style.
