The future of endurance sports performance

Listening to this show I felt like I was hearing the early stages of a fundamental shift in how endurance sports are experienced - I would not be at all surprised if there were a “trickle down” effect to the rest of the endurance sports landscape over the following years and decades based on the work and research Olav is putting in with his team - in other words, he’s changing the game.

This is essential listening for anyone who wants to understand what the future of triathlon and endurance sports performance could look like.
