On the first ever episode of the Overtime Strength & Conditioning podcast, I take you on a reflective journey. One which discusses my introduction to basketball and the many successes but also barriers I faced. The journey then continues on to discuss my next steps in education and introduction to Strength and Conditioning and how my experiences have led me to identify a gap in the market and create Overtime Strength & Conditioning.
