Working with people for 20+ years in fitness and personal development has made me realize one thing: We all have similar battles, they just look different.
Tired of listening to your same story and feeling blah, annoyed, unfulfilled or uninspired? Me too, sometimes.
Every episode of OWN IT is filled with relatable stories, wins, inspiration and topics to help you create a more fulfilling life... all laced with my pretty straight forward, sometimes dry sense of humor.

Just move!
It’s incredible how two words can get you going. Listening to Nicole and her emails, these two words “just move” helped to get me motivated and to start moving. It’s baby steps, but she made me realize it’s okay to move for 5 mins at a time and get the benefits. So I started moving and I’m up to 30 minutes. Her podcast and emails are insightful and makes you aware. Now I’m going to purchase her book, Feeling Stuck?.
Thank you, Nicole!
