Perfect Transition from Work to Home

It’s the perfect transition from work to home. I am a teacher in a low-income school district far from my home, and I would reflexively use the classroom management strategies, even when I didn’t have to. The podcast reminds me slow down and find out “why” a bad behavior occurred so that I can help my 2 kids come up with their own solutions, which I truly want to do. I’d rather not waste precious time acting as if I have to shut down 6-8 students who are bothering each other when I only have 2. And it lets me work on my parenting while I am still in the car. You do good work, Carrie and Dr. B.!
