It's time to say goodbye with an array of farewells in store. Nicola went to Wetherby parkrun, Danny went to celebrate with Darren Wood at Frimley Lidge as Darren finished his 500th parkrun but amongst all that the show reflects on the past three and a half years, thanks everyone involved and hears from a bunch of familiar voices. All that's left to say is kthxbai.

I love listening to the park run show every Monday wish we had some pal runs here in Tulsa Oklahoma
Love it.
Some podcasts give you information, some give you motivation to train hard and "be the best version of yourself". The parkrun show doesn't do any of that. The parkrun show just wants you to parkrun. In slippers if you like. I just wish there was one near here. Don't lose the enthusiasm and daftness guys.
