    The Cross of Jesus

    The Cross of Jesus

Jesus went to the cross for you. The scriptures tell us “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”. God sent His son Jesus into the world to rescue fallen mankind from sin and death. The Gospel is a wonderful message of salvation that you can receive by coming to God in repentance and faith.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 23:33-38 “33 And when they came to the place which is called Skull, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, the other on the left.34 And Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. And, parting out his garments, they cast lots.
35 And the people stood beholding, and the rulers also [with them] sneered, saying, He has saved others; let him save himself if this is the Christ, the chosen one of God.36 And the soldiers also made game of him, coming up offering him vinegar,37 and saying, If *thou* be the king of the Jews, save thyself.38 And there was also an inscription [written] over him in Greek, and Roman, and Hebrew letters: This is the King of the Jews.

Death in Adam, Life in Christ

Death in Adam, Life in Christ

God’s word tells us, “sin came into the world by one man and by sin, death.” The wonderful news in the Gospel is that God has provided a Saviour, His son Jesus Christ, to save sinners. Have you come to Jesus Christ?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 5:12 “12 For this [cause], even as by one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death; and thus death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
Romans 5:18-19 “18 so then as [it was] by one offence towards all men to condemnation, so by one righteousness towards all men for justification of life.19 For as indeed by the disobedience of the one man the many have been constituted sinners, so also by the obedience of the one the many will be constituted righteous.”

    Jesus is the Answer

    Jesus is the Answer

We live in a very needy world today. The greatest need that mankind has today is the forgivness of sins and the need of salvation. Many turn to the world today to try and find an answer for their needy souls but nothing satisfies. Jesus said,  “without me ye can do nothing”. In this Gospel you will hear of a blind man called Bartimaeus who called out to Jesus to meet his need. Jesus was the answer for blind Bartimaeus. Jesus is the answer for you. God sent His son, Jesus Christ to meet the sinner’s need.
    Bible Scripture: Darby Translation
Mark 10:46-52 “46 And they come to Jericho, and as he was going out from Jericho, and his disciples and a large crowd, the son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus, the blind [man], sat by the wayside begging.
47 And having heard that it was Jesus the Nazaraean, he began to cry out and to say, O Son of David, Jesus, have mercy on me.48 And many rebuked him, that he might be silent; but he cried so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.49 And Jesus, standing still, desired him to be called. And they call the blind [man], saying to him, Be of good courage, rise up, he calls thee.50 And, throwing away his garment, he started up and came to Jesus.
51 And Jesus answering says to him, What wilt thou that I shall do to thee? And the blind [man] said to him, Rabboni, that I may see.52 And Jesus said to him, Go, thy faith has healed thee. And he saw immediately, and followed him in the way.”

The Forgivness of Sins & The gift of the Holy Spirit

The Forgivness of Sins & The gift of the Holy Spirit

In this Gospel preaching you will hear of two things that God wants to give mankind. These are the forgivness of sins & the gift of the Holy Spirit.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Acts 2:36-38 “36 Let the whole house of Israel therefore know assuredly that God has made him, this Jesus whom *ye* have crucified, both Lord and Christ.37 And having heard [it] they were pricked in heart, and said to Peter and the other apostles, What shall we do, brethren?
38 And Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptised, each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for remission of sins, and ye will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

Ephesians 1:13-14 “13 in whom *ye* also [have trusted], having heard the word of the truth, the glad tidings of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, ye have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise 14 who is [the] earnest of our inheritance to the redemption of the acquired possession to [the] praise of his glory.”

Luke 22:41-43 “41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and having knelt down he prayed,42 saying, Father, if thou wilt remove this cup from me:—but then, not my will, but thine be done.43 And an angel appeared to him from heaven strengthening him.”
