The Principles of Wealth Building Kyle Malnati's Calibrate Real Estate

    • Business

After spending 12 years as a traditional financial adviser, Curtis May realized the standard model of the 401K didn’t actually work very well for most people. He dug deeper and found that the only ones truly benefitting from traditional financial products were the institutions selling them.
Curtis decided it was time to turn all of the conventional financial planning advise on its head, learning to look at debt as a tool rather than something to get rid of as quickly as possible.
Curtis is President of Practical Wealth Solutions and Podcast Host of The Practical Wealth Show. He’s been helping people with their financial goals for more than 35 years and he’s passionate about helping his clients learn to create wealth for their families. Curtis believes that your number one financial asset is your knowledge so he focuses on educating his clients through his podcast and video series.
He joins the Calibrate Real Estate Podcast this week to share his practical steps to building actual wealth, shares the differences between destructive and constructive debt, and his 3 rules for investing. Tune in to learn more!
