- TV & Film
-
Caitlin and Alan watch Lockwood & Co. We talk about everything we love about these ghost-hunting teens, and the fascinating world they are trapped in.
-
The Hollow Boy: Unrest Pt 1
Caitlin and Alan stay laser focused on the topic of these three chapters. We don’t talk about hockey. We don’t mention the origins of sweet tea. We never talk about bodisattvas either. Just this incredibly painful section of The Hollow Boy. We don’t avoid the hard stuff!
-
The Hollow Boy: The Bloody Footprints Pt 2
Caitlin and Alan deal with the stress of unspoken tension as Lockwood and Co close the case of The Bloody Footprints. Drop your rapier and let your defenses down as we plunge you into the angst.
-
The Hollow Boy: The Bloody Footprints Pt 1
Caitlin and Alan race up the spiral staircase, but one of us must plunge to the basement! Or… we talk about about a couple more chapters of the book. No one needs to die. Our reading comprehension is questionable, but we know we don’t like Mrs Wintergarden.
-
The Hollow Boy: Whitechapel Nights Pt 2
Caitlin and Alan get a cuppa at the DEPRAC Tea Van and read into Part 3 of “The Hollow Boy” by Jonathan Stroud. Lockwood gets caught cheating, Lucy is on a different page than literally everyone, and George is tired of hearing about Lucy’s hips.
-
The Hollow Boy: Whitechapel Nights
Caitlin and Alan dip into the second part of The Hollow Boy by Jonathan Stroud. Bagsy on looking at Lockwood’s legs. Dibs on not doing the laundry! Its time to go on a date. Maybe? Do you want to change first? Its not a date!
-
The Hollow Boy: Lavender Lodge
Caitlin and Alan begin “The Hollow Boy” by Jonathan Stroud. We talk about our life-goals of being 80 year old serial killers, the inferiority of Old People, and the color of coffins. Come and Steal The Source with us as we witness Lockwood and Co’s finest moment- involving a water bottle.

The best way to geek-out
I discovered the tv series recently. I wanted a way to review the show and to think through plot developments but couldn't seek out other fans for fear of spoilers. This podcast was perfect!
I enjoy it so much, I started reading the books so I could keep listening. It turns out I love the book series as well. Caitlin and Alan are on my wave length when it comes to pondering character development and the differences between the books and tv show. It's never fluff-talk and always a delight. You don't need to be a part of Locknation to enjoy this podcast. Check it out!
