    • Alternative Health

In this season finale episode, Dr Tej Khalsa MD MSc FRCPC (Educational Consultant to the WHO), takes you to The Promised Land. This is the crowning episode in a season devoted to moving out of fatigue and into fulfillment, in the context of living in Minnesota and the legacy of George Floyd.
Our summer (online) retreat is here! “Overcoming Overwhelm: Why Climb When You Can Fly?”
Tickets are limited to 100 per gathering so get yours today.
Tickets to the Saturday gatherings are here.
Session I: Overcoming Overwhelm. Learn how to transform stress management into something beautiful: a liberatory practice. You will leave with the wisdom and evidence-based practices to soar: to overcome overwhelm anytime, anywhere.
Session II: Decolonizing Despair. Understand feelings of despair and how to transform them into joy. You’ll leave knowing what to do to uplift your heart when it feels like nothing works.
Session III: Transforming Pain into Purpose. Learn both the art and science of healing from chronic pain. You’ll leave with an interdisciplinary plan for healing that calls on your whole self as the antidote.
Session IV: Grief Loss & Growth. Experience how all that you love is not lost, and leave with a restorative plan to transform your grief into growth.
Tickets are limited to 100 per gathering. Get yours here.
