"What I say, one brain, two minds. There's actually I want to talk about three brains, because when I say one brain two minds, I'm talking about this conscious mind and the subconscious mind. I do a lot of subconscious work with my clients. For example, I'm working with somebody to stop smoking. We did some subconscious work there. I'm helping somebody with get off pop, which is another addiction. And that's been tremendous. You know, we just figured out today that she's been drinking for 43 years. And with some subconscious work, we've been able to really, really make significant changes and really do some cool things. So you've got the conscious mind, which is your goal setter, but your subconscious mind is really your goal getter. And the subconscious mind is really where a lot of what you do comes from. And just a fun fact for you. The subconscious mind is only seven years old. So a lot of the beliefs and decisions and things that you that you make were decided as a child, you know, around these impressionable adults and female or female family members and such as you've been around."
